  • Prepare for your course - Our courses have been designed to enable you to complete a major portion of study on your own before coming to participate in classes at our campus in Mayapur. This approach allows you to spend less time away from your preaching field and optimize your learning while in Mayapur. The Preliminary Self-study guides include study questions, selected analogies, verses for memorization and quotes from Srila Prabhupada's lectures. You can begin preparing for the course by doing the reading assignments, learning slokas and answering the homework questions. Getting an early start on your studies will enable you to get the most out of the course.

Preliminary Self-study guides are available only to registered students of the Bhakti-sastri and Bhaktivaibhava Courses. Once you have completed registration for your course, we will notify you of the location to download your preparatory material.

  • Course Assessment
  • Penalties for cheating in ISKCON Examination Board approved title courses
  • Accommodation while you study
  • Free Lunch Prasadam - Each weekday during the Bhakti-sastri, Bhaktivaibhava, and Bhakti-pravesa courses, all students and teachers may honor free delicious lunch prasadam, which we have arranged through a sponsorship program. This prasadam is specially prepared for you so that you stay in the best of health while studying. Information about prasadam available at other times can be found on the mayapur.com website.

Requirements for taking a course - Most Gaura Purnima Courses are open to all, without any pre-requisites. The sastric and VTE designed courses, however, are for devotees who have been seriously practicing Krishna consciousness for at least a year and have basic sastric knowledge and understanding. These students must follow the 4 regulative principles, chant 16 rounds, and attend the daily morning program. Before a prospective student comes to Mayapur for these courses, an ISKCON authority must submit a recommendation indicating confidence in the student's qualification to participate in this course. Individual course requirements are listed in the requirements section.

Parikramas - Devotees who have taken our courses over the years have found them to be deeply inspiring and an opportunity for tremendous personal growth. Still these courses can be intense and many students have felt they could use more transcendental breaks throughout the duration of their courses. With this in mind, we have developed a Navadvipa-dhama Parikrama Program led once a week by our teachers. Of course, not only will you get breaks that will deeply satisfy your hearts, but you will also enter more deeply into your relationship with Navadvipa-dhama and with the Vaisnavas who are revealing the dhama. More details will be available later in the year once the schedule is finalized.
